Semi-automatic strapping machine for strapping pallets
The new generation semiautomatic strapping machine, mod. PALLET STRAP T150, is suitable for any pallet strapping. It works with DC motors that control each function of the machine and its additional value is the tension strength of the performing strapping head up to 150Kg. It is equipped with a power retractable lance to facilitate the strap insertion under the pallet. This new model has an electronic strap tensioning adjustable by potentiometer placed on the control panel.
General characteristics of the strapping machine
The Pallet Strap T150 uses a 220 V power supply | 1 ph | 50/60 Hz and has a 1000 mm retractable lance to facilitate the insertion of the strap under the pallet. It has a strapping speed ranging from 10 to 15 cycles per minute with a maximum tensioning force adjustable from 5 to 150 Kg. The strapping machine is equipped with 4 pivoting wheels to facilitate maneuverability in transporting the machine. In addition there is: an easyfast® strap guide disassembly system, strapping unit with direct current motors, electronic control of the strap tensioning force, adjustment of the sealing cooling time (COOL TIME), adjustment of the sealing blade temperature, adjustment of the length of the strap to be dispensed.
