ROBO FORMER 50 SB – AUTOMATIC BOX FORMER WITH SPEED 0-25 BOXES/MIN LEFT OR RIGHT VERSION
The Robo Former 50 SB Servo automatically forms the bottom of American-style cartons, for batches of equal size, by folding and taping the four bottom flaps at a speed of up to 25 cartons per minute. The bottom forming is carried out in complete reliability thanks to the perfect synchronisation of the closing movements. Thanks to a servo-driven robotic arm, the boxes are picked in total safety and with the guarantee of perfect forming and squaring. This type of forming is called ‘positive opening forming’ and is generally used to form square or very light boxes. All the box format change adjustments are managed from the control panel via Siemens PLC and touch screen, with multiple memories available and recallable. The box is closed by means of adhesive tape with lower taping head. Machine available in left or right-hand outlet version.
