Automatic carton forming machine that automatically forms the lower part of the boxes at a speed of 12 cartons per minute
Automatic case erector, mod. Speed Form 50 SB, formes the bottom of same sized american-type boxes automatically, folding the four bottom flaps. The bottom carton forming is made in complete reliability thanks to a perfectly synchronized closing movement. Forming speed up to 12 boxes per minute. Electropneumatic devices guarantee a perfect box forming and squared-folding. A gripping head with sucking system, activated by a Venturi group, picks up the box from the lateral storage and holds it during the opening thanks to a contrast system. The bottom of the box is closed with adhesive tape. All manual adjustments are made by handle. The parameters can be adjusted by SIEMENS PLC with touch screen. Case erectors vailable left/right box outfeed.
Machine operation
A gripping head with suction cups, operated by a Venturi group, picks up the box from the side magazine holding it during opening, which takes place through a contrast system. The box is closed with adhesive tape. All adjustments are performed manually via flyers. This model is available in the right or left version. Operation management takes place via Siemens PLC with touch screen. The automatic carton form is available with motorized carton storage up to 1700 mm and in stainless steel AISI 304 version.
