The automatic case erectors model Speed ​​Form 50 SB TN automatically forms the bottom of American-type boxes, for batches of the same size, by folding the four lower flaps. The bottom is formed with complete reliability thanks to the perfect synchronization of the closing movements. Forming speed up to 16 boxes per minute. Electro-pneumatic devices allow perfect forming and squaring of the box with complete safety and guarantee.

A gripping head with suction cups, operated by a Venturi group, picks up the box from the lateral magazine, holding it during opening, which occurs through a contrast system. The width adjustments, the length of the box during the unfolding phase, the width of the box during the taping phase, as well as the height adjustment of the carton magazine are managed via a touch screen by four servomotors. Operation management via Siemens PLC managed by a color touch screen.
