Battery-Powered Mobile Automatic Strapping Machine
Flexy Strap T550 is a battery-powered strapping machine with a fully automatic strap feeding system for easy and fast vertical pallet strapping. It is extremely maneuverable and can be positioned close to the pallet in order to strap it with minimum effort.
Operation
Machine positioning is also simplified by a ground laser projection that indicates the optimal distance between machine and pallet.
Once in the correct position, the flexible retractile lance can be released by joystick and it will run the strap around the pallet bringing it back to the operator. After completing this operation, the strap lance will be retracted and strap is ready to be tensioned, welded, and cut by battery strapping tool, fixed to the machine by specific bracket. This ensures a fast, accurate and efficient strapping process.
General Features of the Strapping Machine
The Flexy Strap T550 automatic strapping machine is powered by a 36V 10Ah battery, providing up to 600 strapping cycles per charge. It features a retractable strap lance, adjustable via touchscreen display and controlled by the operator through a joystick. With a compact weight of just 110 kg, it supports both PP and PET strap coils ranging from 12 to 19 mm in width.
