The E-Wrap 1000A pallet wrapping machine is ISGPACK’s latest innovation, offering the best price-performance ratio on the market. It is a semi-automatic packaging machine capable of covering all standard work applications, thanks to the customization of up to 8 work programs. This model features an integrated control board system that visually alerts and reports any anomalies or errors on the 7.2″ touch display during operation. Another key feature is the warning light system at the top of the column, providing operators—even at a distance—with a clear indication of whether the machine is running, stopped, or in error/emergency status.

Touch Display Features

From the 7.2″ full-color graphic touch display, it is possible to easily and intuitively manage and store various wrapping parameters, such as the number of film wraps at the top and bottom of the pallet, carriage up/down cycles, turntable rotation speed, carriage ascent and descent speeds, and the photocell reading time setting for film overhang.

Additionally, the interface includes sections for manual wrapping operations, an administrative area for system settings, a detailed log of statistics, cycle times, and the number of pallets processed, as well as a technical area for monitoring machine input/output signals, a historical log of alarms, and a record of maintenance activities performed on the pallet wrapping machine.

General Features of the Pallet Wrapping Machine

The turntable of the E-Wrap 1000A pallet wrapping machine has a diameter of 1500 mm and supports a maximum load capacity of 1500 kg. Rotation is driven by a chain mechanism, monitored by a magnetic induction sensor that controls the number of rotations, deceleration timing, and turntable repositioning at the end of the wrapping cycle. The standard column height allows the film carriage to reach a maximum wrapping height of 2200 mm. The carriage is equipped with a mechanical film tensioning system and a photoelectric sensor for detecting the products to be wrapped.
