Pneumatic strapping tool for PET strap, compact, handy and easy to use

The strapping tool Hurricane 13 – 19 PN and 19 – 25 PN are tools that carry out the welding of the strap by vibration (heating by friction). The straps used are in PET polyester with a width of mm. 13 – 16 – 19 and 19 – 25 with max. 1.5 mm. Compact, handy, easy to use, it is suitable for closing all kinds of flat packaging. Thanks to the very short base and the roller rotation inversion command, round packages with limited width and round packages with a minimum diameter of 700 mm can be strapped.

The operator simply has to insert the two overlapping strips of strap in the device, press a button to perform the tensioning, a second button to obtain the vibration welding and finally a third button facilitates the extraction of the strapping tool.
