Model Easy Wrap 2000 B WC is a semi-automatic machine for stretch-film wrapping of palletized loads: with electrical top press unit and with entry for transpallet for the easy loading of products with pallet track, the possibility to adjust the film tension by a mechanical brake or motorized prestretch, soft starting of the turntable by inverter, manual or automatic working cycle, the possibility to adjust the number of upward and downward rounds of the pallet. The machine is equipped with PLC and digital color display 7,2”.

General Features of the Pallet Wrapper
The Easy Wrap 2000 B WC pallet wrapper features a standard turntable diameter of 1650 mm and can handle loads up to L 1000 x W 1200 x H 2300 mm, with a maximum weight capacity of 1200 kg.
In addition to the ability to set the number of rotations at the top and bottom of the pallet, the machine also offers soft-start control of the turntable via inverter.
It is equipped with a PLC and a 7.2″ full-color touchscreen display, allowing the configuration of up to three different wrapping programs. Users can also adjust key parameters such as carriage ascent/descent speed, photocell reading delay, cycle counter, and more.
