Semi-automatic pallet wrapper with turntable only 26 mm high

The Slim Wrap 2000 B model is a semi-automatic machine for wrapping palletised loads with stretch film, characterized by a turntable with a height of only 31 mm, which allows to avoid frequent accidental impacts with the forks of the forklift and a easy use of the machine by traditional pallet truck. Thanks to the presence of the access ramps it is possible to load the pallets from each side (by means of a transpallet) with access to 270°.

General characteristics of the wrapping machine

The Slim Wrap 2000 B pallet wrapper has a table diameter of 1650 mm (standard) with a thickness of only 31 mm. It can process products with dimensions equal to L 1000 x W 1200 x H 2200 mm, supporting a maximum weight on the plate of 1200 Kg. gradual start-up of the table by means of an inverter. The pallet wrapper is equipped with PLC and 7.2 color touch screen display that allow you to adjust parameters such as the carriage ascent and descent speed, digital pre-stretch ratio adjustment, digital film edge adjustment, cycle counter, etc.
