The Ultra Wrap 2000 BF pallet wrapper is an automatic machine and is the ideal solution to wrap the pallet in a completely automatic way. The machine is equipped with a gripper and cutting unit with a firm tail that ensure the hooking, cutting and sealing of the film, while remaining perfectly adherent to the pallet. The machine is electrically powered and requires an energy power of 1.25 Kw. It has a table rotation speed of 12 rpm (rotations per minute) and a carriage ascent and descent speed of 1.4 / 4 m-min.
General characteristics of the wrapping machine
The Ultra Wrap 2000 BF pallet wrapper has a plate diameter of 1650 mm (standard) and can process products with dimensions of L 1000 x W 1200 x H 2600 mm, supporting a maximum weight on a plate of 2000 Kg. to regulate the number of revolutions on the lower and upper part of the pallet, it is also possible to regulate the gradual start of the table by means of an inverter. On the rewinder there is also a PLC and 7.2 color touch screen display that allow you to adjust further parameters such as the carriage ascent and descent speed, photocell reading delay, cycle counter, etc.
