Semi-automatic wrapping machine with motorized film pre-stretch at fixed ratios
The Easy Wrap 2000 B wrapping machine is a semi-automatic machine for wrapping palletised loads using stretch film. The machine is electrically powered and requires an energy power of 1.25 Kw. The Easy Wrap 2000 B wrapping machine is equipped with a motorized carriage with fixed ratios for pre-stretching the film and has a table rotation speed of 12 rpm (rotations per minute). Alternatively, the Easy Wrap 2000 A pallet wrapper is also available with film tensioning by means of a mechanical clutch (positioned on the reel-holder trolley) manually adjustable by the operator.
New graphic interface of the touch display
Since January 2021, significant improvements have been made in the use and management of the machine on the user side. In addition to the language selector, the navigation logics on the touch screen have been updated and simplified to make the most of the potential of this winder. Each screen is equipped with an information icon that briefly describes the specification of the commands on the display, with instant warnings that alert the operator of any anomalies or alarms during work operations. The operations aimed at reinforcement cycles on pallets and the settings of the work cycles have been revised, which give the possibility to manage and store up to 10 different work settings, optimizing (based on the values entered), a considerable saving of the stretch film.
General characteristics of the wrapping machine
The Easy Wrap 2000 B wrapping machine has a table diameter of 1650 mm (standard) and can process products with dimensions of L 800 x W 1200 x H 2200 mm, supporting a maximum weight on a plate of 2000 Kg. In addition to having the possibility to adjust the number of revolutions on the lower and upper part of the pallet, it is possible to adjust the gradual start of the table by means of an inverter. The pallet wrapper is equipped with PLC and 7.2 color touch screen display that allow you to adjust parameters such as the trolley ascent and descent speed, photocell reading delay, cycle counter, etc.
