Automatic line wrapper Techno Wrap 2000 BD

This automatic line wrapper allows palletizing the loads by rotating the base where the load is placed

The new Techno Wrap 2000 BD model is a wrapping machine that uses a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), managed by a 7.2 “color touch panel, automatic film film feeding, automatic cutting and sealing functions, photoelectric sensors for the detection of the inlet and outlet and height of the pallet to be wrapped, rotating fifth wheel composed of motorized rollers for the automatic advancement of the pallet. It is able to easily complete unmanned operations by the operator thanks to the presence of automatisms. It has reliable properties easy to use. It is possible to set different parameters and winding methods according to work needs, thanks to the storage of 15 programs. Among the various functions, the winder, if integrated into a production line, can also be used in transit mode without the winding cycle operation.
