Semi-automatic case former machine for closing the 4 flaps placed on the bottom of the box
The Easy Form 50 SS carton packer is a semiautomatic stainless steel machine designed for forming American-style cartons with the function of folding the four lower flaps and supporting them during an operator’s filling operations. Also available in the standard version in the Easy Form 50 model.
How the carton form machine works
The box is inserted into the carton form machine in an inclined manner, pressing down to fold the front and back flaps. It is then pushed forward to operate the side flaps with the pneumatic control and keep the bottom closed, making filling operations easier. Once finished, the operator will manually close the four upper flaps and accompany the box to the sealing station, an operation facilitated by its sliding on the roller table.
